6hrs provides an ephemeral web hosting service allowing users to upload HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to generate a temporary, shareable live preview URL. The fundamental nature of this Service is that all uploaded content is automatically and permanently deleted after 6 hours.

3. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree not to use the Service to host, distribute, or promote:

• Malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to any system.
• Phishing pages or deceptive content intended to steal credentials or personal information.
• Illegal content, including but not limited to copyrighted material without authorization, child exploitation material, or content that promotes violence or terrorism.
• Content that violates the privacy or rights of others.

We reserve the right to immediately remove any content and block any IP addresses that violate these terms, without prior notice.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 6hrs makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 6hrs or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if 6hrs has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because the service is designed to delete your data, you should never rely on 6hrs as the sole storage for your code.

6. Ephemeral Content Policy

You acknowledge that 6hrs is not a permanent hosting solution. Links generated by the Service will expire, and all associated content will be permanently purged from our systems at the end of the expiration period. 6hrs is not responsible for any lost data or consequences arising from this intended expiration.

7. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms of Service at any time. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Service.
